If Afghans hate Pakistan why didn't they settle in India since both Afghans and Indians are best friends

 A lot of Afghans hate Pakistan with a passion but I don't understand why didn't they all settle in India since Afghans and Indians are best buddies. Also a lot of Afghans commit crimes and are openly racist towards Pakistanis whether its a Punjabi or a Pashtun and blame everything on Pakistan for the destruction of Afghanistan. Also since I am Pashtun a lot of Afghans instantly call me "Gul Khan" and say racist comments even though I try to be kind and respectful towards them
